何世莉老師出生於菲律賓納卯市，是華人移民第二代。大學主修電腦程式設計，蒙召前是中學電腦課程老師，熱愛教學，並在教會中事奉多年。
先後在新加坡及美國接受神學裝備，主修舊約從詩歌智慧書到信徒生活，專長於詩篇與箴言研究、希伯來文教學、釋經學、聖經神學、處境神學。2006~2011年以宣教士的身分，在高雄聖光神學院任教，2013年來到華神繼續投入神學教育的事奉，同時是斯托德靈風的學者。喜愛甜食與異國料理，課後最喜歡的活動是看電影、散步和睡覺。
