李修齊老師自幼成長於浸信會，高中重生受浸，大學時確立全職事奉呼召，為華神第 43 屆校友。牧會期間，李老師體認到「身、心、靈、社」整全人觀對牧養與傳道人自我關顧的重要性，進而領受心理學與信仰整合的研究負擔，並致力於神學教育。李老師與同為 43 屆校友的妻子陳芷芸育有一子一女。喜愛接待客人、走訪國家公園與品嚐咖啡。
